By accessing or using the 02 Dubbing Studio website, applications, content, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, content, VIP services, and related platforms operated by 02 Dubbing Studio Pvt. Ltd. ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, browsing, watching content, or using any service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features (including VIP content, personalised recommendations, watchlists, and community features), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Studio's Constitution and Code of Conduct.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
All content available on the platform — including but not limited to anime dubs, series, audiobooks, original productions, trailers, thumbnails, artwork, logos, scripts, voice recordings, and software — is the intellectual property of 02 Dubbing Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and stream content solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content (except where explicitly permitted by features such as offline download for VIP users);
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any content protection or digital rights management measures;
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access content or data;
- Share account credentials or allow multiple simultaneous logins beyond permitted limits;
- Use content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
4. VIP Membership & Subscriptions
VIP membership provides access to premium features, early releases, ad-free experience, higher quality streams, offline downloads (where available), and other benefits as described on the VIP page. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways (including UPI and other supported methods). You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the cancellation process provided in your account settings.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of the Studio in cases of technical failure or billing error. We reserve the right to change VIP pricing and benefits with reasonable notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform, servers, or networks;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data;
- Engage in any activity that violates the Studio's Constitution, Code of Conduct, or applicable laws;
- Harass, bully, or discriminate against other users or Studio members;
- Share, leak, or distribute unreleased content, scripts, or confidential Studio material.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and where appropriate, legal action.
6. Payments, Billing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (GST etc.) as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase. Failed payments may result in suspension of VIP benefits until resolved. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
7. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose. Some content may contain mature themes; parental guidance is advised.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 02 Dubbing Studio, its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Studio's internal Constitution and Code of Conduct. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access content ends, except for any rights that survive by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website, email, or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on the website.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India (as designated by the Studio).
